Many To Thank for Successful Second Annual Lakes Golf Scramble

Area Businesses Support Scenic Lake vs. Lake Victoria Battle

On Saturday, June 29, 2019 was the second annual "Lakes Golf Scramble," Scenic Lake versus Lake Victoria.

The team of Konnor Wicke, Jim Pierman, Mitch Braman and Clint Hawks, pictured above, won first place in the contest.

26 area business sponsored holes at Pine Hills Golf Club.  The organizers are greatly appreciative of all the local area small business owners that provided signs, time and resources to this fun filled golf outing and are looking forward to growing the event for years to come.  Businesses from Laingsburg, Perry, Owosso, Lansing and East Lansing contributed.
Thank you to Pine Hills Golf Course for providing 1st & 2nd place team prizes, to  Scenic Lake Properties Association for providing prizes for longest drive, putt, and closest to the hole, including first place teaming traveling trophy. These prizes were purchased at Pine Hills Golf Course, Pro Shop.

Organizers also thank Jeremy Peters, Scenic Lake Property Owners President, for creating the traveling trophy with plaque, seen above.  This trophy travels with the winning team for a year, and is returned at the following year's Lakes Scramble.

Last year's winning team members were Clint Hawks, Mal Balow, Tim Hurst, Cami Rapson.
